Mitch Flack co-heads MetWest's structured products team. He is a member of the structured products committee that determines buy/sell strategies for mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities. Prior to joining MetWest in 2001, Mitch was a managing director of fixed income institutional sales for Bear Stearns & Co. He was also with Bankers Trust, where he marketed derivative products to financial institutions. Prior to that Mitch served as senior vice president and chief investment officer of Southern California Savings. Mitch began his career with Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company.
Mitch holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
