LLC collects nonpublic information about you from the following
sources:
- Information we receive about you in agreements,
account opening documentation, any applications or
other forms;
- Information you give us orally;
- Information about your transactions with us or others;
- Information you submit to us in correspondence, including
emails; and
- Information about any bank account you use for transfers
between your bank account and any custodial account, including
information provided when effecting wire transfers.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal
information about our customers or former customers without
the customer's authorization, except as permitted by law
or in response to inquires from governmental authorities.
We restrict access to your personal and account information
to those employees who need to know that information to
provide products and services to you. We also may disclose
that information to unaffiliated third parties (such as
to brokers or custodians) only as permitted by law and only
as needed for us to provide agreed services to you. We maintain
procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
If, at any time in the future, it is
necessary to disclose any of your personal information in
a way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will give
you advance notice of the proposed change so that you will
have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.
